How often should we send our new billing to you?

We recommend sending your new billing to us on a daily basis. This allows for timely processing and ensures that your revenue cycle management is up-to-date. By sending your billing on a daily basis, you can minimize any potential delays or errors in the billing process, which could impact your revenue stream. However, the frequency of billing submissions can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization. Our team is always available to discuss and establish a billing submission schedule that works best for you.

How do we report when treatments are rendered, so that you are able to generate a claim on our behalf?

To generate a claim on your behalf, we require timely and accurate reporting of the treatments that have been rendered to your patients. This can be done through our secure online portal or by faxing the encounter form or superbill to us. The encounter form or superbill should include the following information:

  1. Patient demographics: name, date of birth, address, and insurance information.
  2. Date of service and the location where the service was rendered.
  3. Procedure or service codes that accurately describe the treatment provided.
  4. Diagnosis codes that support medical necessity for the treatment provided.

It’s important to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Our team of experts will review the information and ensure that the claims generated are compliant with all regulatory requirements, including those of insurance companies and government payers.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the reporting process, our team is always available to provide guidance and support.
